Marathon with pop pop

Congratulations to my dad Stan on finishing another marathon at the Phoenix Marathon this morning! Gabi got to run across the finish line with him, which was the highlight of her week.

And yes he ran with shoes but took them off at some point and ran barefoot the rest of the way. He has a lot of practice running properly barefoot. Do NOT try this at home. ;)

Nutcracker!

We visited Jack's family for Christmas this year.  We were able to see the Nutcracker and Gabi was SO excited. Truth be told I was too, I had never seen it live. It was so beautiful and Gabi was a champ. Got a little sleepy near the end but it was an experience I hope she never forgets!  I already want to go back and see it again!

And impromptu meeting with Belle! Her and Cinderella were becoming mauled by preschoolers and were late to an "event" so their handlers had to come and "rescue" them.

What you didn't see from this day....

Took a ride on Finding Nemo first (longest line by far!) Also road Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ride 3 times! Both the kids loved that one. Jack will tell you he got the highest score of everyone else playing when we did. Gabi loved haunted mansion and road that twice! We got to ride pretty much everything and anything we wanted this day crowds were pretty light, and we were thankful!

Day 2

I thought this was the Happiest Place on Earth!

Ariel was by far the most personable!

I loved how she interacted with the kids at their level.

Gabi had just come off riding the rollercoaster there, her very first one!

Road the Nemo ride again plus Buzz Lightyear, Haunted Mansion, Winnie the Pooh and many others.

Road Pirates of the Caribbean and forgot about that massive drop at the beginning. Good thing we held on to Ezra for dear life! LOL

Jack decided he wants his own personal dole whips at home.

Happy 4th!

We all got tickets to the Diamondback game for the 4th! Fun was had by all. Just make sure you have booked a seat that has good view of the fireworks. Ours was partial obstructed :( We still had a great time!

The Vincent's go to the movies!

Gabi had never really been interested in sitting through an entire movie....until she saw Toy Story.

I was watching some previews online about Toy Story 3 and she came over to see what I was doing. She was in love! That day we watched Toy Story 1 and 2 on youtube. Soon she kept asking to watch it again and again so we bought her the dvd's. They came in handy when we went on our long vacation to visit family!

Still she kept asking to see Toy Story 3 so with the help of Pop pop we went to the movies! Ezra came too and did a great job for his first time, stayed awake the whole time just enthralled.

Dispite her face in these pictures she LOVED it and keeps asking to go back to the movies. " I love the movies mama!"
